After the order
- Did you receive the payment of my order ?
To find out if your payment has been received, first make sure you have been through with your order, to have received an order confirmation email.
Your order tracking will be displayed in your account. If the status has not changed, please contact us.
- When is my order validated ?
All orders are validated upon receipt of payment.
- Is it possible to cancel my order ?
For dresses in stock, you can request the cancelation of the order until the time of its shipment.
Once the dress has been sent, you can request the return of this dress within 7 days.
For custom dresses, you have 7 days after the validation of your order for cancelation. For orders not validated by the payment, cancelation is possible.
- Is it possible to change my delivery address ?
As with cancelation of order, for dresses in stock, you can change the delivery address until it is shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, you can see directly with the carrier.
- I would like to change my measurements / color of my custom order already validated, is it possible ?
For custom dresses, you have 7 days to make your changes to your order.
Once this period has passed, the dress will already be in the workshop and it will no longer be possible to modify it.
- What is it like to receive a package ?
Our products are delivered in labeled gray plastic packaging. Larger products are sent in rectangular cartons.
